* Reconnect with nature and fellow nature lovers

* Slow down and smell the flowers

This is a wonderfully relaxing and rejuvenating day!!! Reconnecting with nature and all the healing plants around us helps us to reconnect with ourselves and reminds us to live from a more balanced, centered place!!!
